Shuttle never arrived after 1.5 hrs and multiple calls - had to stay at different hotel - slow refund process - extremel

The rooms were clean

Overall customer service was disappointing, reception couldn't communicate clear rules instead they sent us from pillar to post. We didn't have towels in our room, when we eventually got the towels, they were in very bad condition. We could have bought our own towels from home really.The food from the restaurant was also very disappointing, no flavour hence we opted for takeaway on the second night.

It is closer to the Airport

The restaurant team is very unprofessional, you will wait 5 minutes to be seated by them. They will be making jokes within themselves. The breakfast team is very lazy , when you ask for something , they become angry. There is a guy at the reception who is very light in complexion, I think a little bit shorter. He is very talkative. He doesn’t know when to stop talking to guests. Wa Phapha. Next time I will write his name down. He is too forward. He should be reprimanded. We are not there to listen to some of his stupid jokes but to rest.

Room is spacious and comfy bed.

A good customer service is a key to any business. Even if the facilities, food, location, etc are not that good if the staff has excellent customer relations it makes a difference. The majority of check in staff are not friendly and does not even smile. Something to improve on.

I call reception for room service there where no Tissues and towels no one came

The food for breakfast was great and the the fine dining restaurant on top floor was good.

There were always problems with the rooms. We stayed three different nights. One room the doors didn’t close well and tv didn’t work. One room had a leaking shower that sprayed into hallway when it was on.

The breakfast didn’t have much variety but it was delicious maybe if they could add a bit of things in the menu. The location isn’t that nice there’s no nearby activities

The swimming pool was closed.

Very nice hotel. Clean, friendly staff and an excellent dinner and drinks. Friendly and helpful staff.

Cleanliness. Breakfast with many choices and the omelet chef was fun to watch him do his cooking. The dinner was served in a beautiful room with a view.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. A shout-out to Jane (Ose) from guest relations!! The breakfast was great with a large variety of choices and the room was a good size.

Meals not included in the room rate, like lunch and dinner, are a bit pricey for the portion size and some things on the menu were not available.

Close to the airport, good breakfast

The room I was first given was not vacuumed (leaves and hair on the carpet), no soap and body gel in the bathroom, the shower did not have any cold water (too hot to be usable), the thermostat was not working.Was given another room after some arguments, where there was at least cold water in the shower, but still no soap, non-functional thermostat for the air conditioning.

The breakfast buffet was exceptionally mouth-watering, service from the Chef's, waiters' and waitresses was excellent and the rooms overall were clean, tidied up daily and that made our stay much comfortable and enjoyable.

The dinner buffet was horrible, one does not get value for their money and the pool was not serviced or had problems where there was no water in the pool and I had an option to choose a "Pool View Room", but question is if i had opted for that room, which pool view would I have received.

It was clean and booking was easy and communication and use of transport from airport was efficient.

Having got to room after 14 hour flight - lines to check-in terrible (slow), pool out of order, no room service, and had to come back down stairs and line up AGAIN to make WiFi work by randomly putting a 1 infront of my room number on the login. Very annoying.
